Faccia Brutto, Centerbe, NV SPCOUNT0125 handcrafted in small batches andThe latest offering from Patrick Miller, "Centerbe" means "a hundred herbs" in Italian and is a style of botanical amaro found in Abruzzo. Patrick's version is very much inspired by Chartreuse, with botanicals like hyssop, mint, thyme, tarragon, coriander, dittany, lemon balm, and fennel are macerated in NGS, and fresh herbs added at the end for color as well. Herbaceous and lightly bitter, this is the first amaro of this style to be made in New York.
